FHP completes West Bridgford deal for mortgage broker

FISHER Hargreaves Proctor has completed the letting of 33-35 Loughborough Road to Oliver Jones Associates, mortgage brokers who have been located in West Bridgford for a number of years.

The letting was completed within a matter of months of the property coming on to the market. FHP says this shows how strong levels of demand are in West Bridgford even in a market that has been widely reported as being difficult.

James Hartley, of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, said: "We are delighted to have completed this letting so quickly and we hope that Oliver Jones Associates is able to go from strength to strength in its new premises.

"We had a large amount of interest in this property and we were able to complete this deal quickly.

"However, this has left us with a number of potential tenants who are looking for space similar to this within West Bridgford whose requirements have been left unfilled."
