A Law firm's annual Ascot day has become a favourite fixture in Leicester's business calendar and this year was no exception.
Now in its 10th year, the Spearing Waite event was a clear winner with clients, contacts, staff and partners among the 500 racegoers.
Turf accountants Mark Jarvis were once again on hand to provide a betting service for the afternoon race card, with some guests taking home a lot more money than they brought.
Partner Ashwin Mody enjoyed a stint as an ice cream seller as an on-site ice cream van proved popular.
Warwick Spearing, managing partner said: "Ascot day was a tremendous success again and has come to be regarded as one of the best corporate events in Leicester. Invitations are greatly sought after - requests for invites for next year's event are already arriving."
"The partners hold the annual Ascot day as a thank you to our clients, contacts, colleagues and staff for their support throughout the year. It's intended to be a relaxed, informal occasion where people can eat, drink and enjoy themselves - and the testimonials we have received confirm that we have achieved, and even exceeded, our objective."
