A Former pub in Lincoln's West End is about to go under the hammer.
The Carholme in Gresham Street is being auctioned at a sale in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, on Thursday, May 22.
The corner building, which has a guide price of £225,000, is in an area which is already popular with students.
And selling agents, Colliers RE, which has been instructed to auction the pub off for Admiral Taverns, said the building has the potential to be turned into accommodation.
The Echo reported that the pub had been put up for sale in March.
Its closure came after other establishments in the city, including the Manvers Arms in Monks Road and the Steamhammer in Stamp End, shut their doors.
